Ground rules

What counts, what doesn't

• Anyone in the community can nominate. You don’t need to train there. You do need a real email that can receive one confirmation link.
• Owners can’t nominate their own gym. We ask you to confirm this on the form. Nominations flagged as self-serving get excluded.
• You can nominate the same gym in more than one category at once. Tick every category that fits. Do it in one submission, one email, one click.
• Up to 3 different gyms per category, per person. So a small group can’t line up a favorite plus four weak spoilers to shape the ballot.
• Counts are not shown during the round. We publish only the total across the region. Per-gym and per-category counts stay private until finalists are announced — otherwise the leaderboard becomes the game.
